Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs clearance, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, the tracking number will be included in the email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after it has been issued by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue where possible.
Please keep all packaging and product photos if your item arrives damaged.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
Customs delays may affect delivery times and are outside our control.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
